Thank you to everyone who joined Surfrider Miami on Saturday, September 20 for the International Coastal Cleanup. Alongside thousands of volunteers around the world, we took action right here in Miami Beach to protect the ocean we love.
Together, we picked up countless pieces of trash, removed harmful plastics from the shoreline, and helped prevent marine debris from entering the ocean. From families to first-timers to longtime Surfrider supporters, our community came together with one shared goal—to keep our coast clean and healthy.
Every cleanup makes a difference. Every volunteer helps protect what we love. Whether you collected your first piece of beach litter or your hundredth, your actions matter.
