What a night. On Wednesday, October 22, Surfrider Miami hosted Part Two of the One Ocean Film Tour at the Miami Yacht Club, bringing the community together once again for an unforgettable evening of ocean storytelling, stunning cinematography, and shared purpose.
The films took us from deep coral reef ecosystems to surf breaks shaped by storms. A highlight of the night was the local footage from Hurricane Erin’s swell, captured by South Florida photographers, reminding us of both the power and beauty of the ocean right in our backyard.
Like Part One, this second screening was more than a movie night. It was a celebration of the ocean we love and the people working to protect it. Attendees connected over a shared passion for conservation, surf culture, and the importance of protecting our coastlines.
Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make this two-part series such a success. Your presence and support show what collective action looks like.
Here’s to protecting what we love—one wave, one story, one night at a time.
