Surfrider Miami was proud to be represented at the Florida, Puerto Rico, and Texas Regional Conference held in St. Augustine. This gathering brought together chapter leaders from across the region to connect, learn, and share ideas that will strengthen coastal protection efforts at home and beyond.
Amanda, Dania, Olivia, and Susan represented our chapter with heart and passion, participating in team-building sessions, workshops, and strategy discussions designed to support local leadership. The conference provided practical tools and fresh inspiration to continue our work here in Miami.
We were especially honored to be recognized for our efforts with the Blue Water Task Force, climate action initiatives, and fundraising through Surfrider Experience Days, cleanups, and dune restorations.
These moments remind us that local action is part of a much larger movement. We are grateful to be part of a network of advocates working together to protect our ocean, waves, and beaches.
